Social and Behaviour Change Strategy for the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP)
Center is supporting UNICEF and the Benazir Income Support Programme in developing an evidence-based Social and Behaviour Change Strategy spanning Benazir Kafaalat, Benazir Nashonuma, and Benazir Taleemi Wazaif. The strategy addresses behavioural, social, and institutional barriers affecting programme uptake while providing a unified implementation framework adaptable across provinces.

Key Results and Achievements
A nationwide behavioural diagnostic is completed and a comprehensive SBC Strategy with a Theory of Change is drafted. The intervention package includes a detailed implementation and governance framework, a monitoring and evaluation framework, and a fully costed implementation plan.
