National Social and Behavior Change Strategy for Pakistan’s Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI)
Center is supporting UNICEF and the Government of Pakistan in developing the country's first comprehensive National Social and Behavior Change (SBC) Strategy for the Expanded Programme on Immunization. The strategy integrates behavioural science, evidence synthesis, stakeholder engagement, and systems thinking to strengthen vaccine confidence, improve service experience, and institutionalize SBC within immunization planning and delivery nationwide.

Key Results and Achievements
A comprehensive behavioural diagnostic framework has been developed, nationwide stakeholder consultations have been initiated, and the national SBC Strategy, implementation model, and monitoring framework are being prepared to align with WHO-UNICEF Behavioural and Social Drivers (BeSD).
